Yes, the teaching profession fulfill all the elments of a profession, because for me being an educator you need to undergo all the process on how to be a professional teacher you need to start from the very first element of Professionalism, you need to study first from your chossen profession and undergo to the next one until you fulfill all the elements of Professionalism and also being a teacher requires a lot of responsibilities not just like any other profession because if you are a teacher all the positive characteristics of a person you need to attain it, because being a teacher you have a very big responsibilities to all the children inside the school not just inside the school but also outside because if you are a teacher you need be one either inside or outside the school campus.
2. Why does a teaching profession require a long years of initial professional education and continuing professional development after the long, ardous initial professional education?
Teaching profession require a long years of initial professional education and continuing professional development after the long, ardous initial professional education, for us future educators to really understand what is meant to be a teacher, for us to understand how are students learn from, what are the possible strategies we can use for the students to learn better, what are the specific instructional materials we can use for teaching, and for us future educators to learn how to be a professional and effective teacher.

Yes, Professionalization is synonymous with Professionalism because when we say Professionalization it is a process of how to become a professional and Professionalism it is the way how you interact with other people, how you dress based on your profession, and how are you going to act based on your profession, that's why they are
